How Dynamic DNS Client Works
Before install Dynamic DNS client, let's see how dynamic DDNS works.
How Dynamic DNS Client Works:
Most computers connects to the Internet through a broadband or dial-up which it is often assigned a random IP address (dynamic IP address). Therefore if you run a webserver through broadband or dial-up, people cannot find your webserver whenever the IP address changes.
Luckily, Dynamic DNS Client helps solve the problem. When the IP address of your broadband or dial-up connection has changed, the Dynamic DNS Client detect it and sends the change to your DNS server. Therefore you can run a webserver even with a dynamic IP address.
